Started over 50 years ago by Sensei Frank Cope Snr. The club is now under the instruction of his sons, Senseis Frank and Ian Cope.
I've been a member for 3 years and love the variety of training that the club brings over its 5 active days of the week.
Traditional Karate is taught very effectively and we also delve into floorwork, chokes, holds and weapons at different sessions.
