Wool Fitness & Kickboxing was formed in 2013 by experienced martial artists who wanted to train in an informal friendly and inexpensive environment. It is strictly a pay on the day policy of just £2 a session. The head instructor is a black belt in Kickboxing and in Tae Kwon Do. As are several of the other instructors. Between them they have over 60 years martial arts experience. So you are in safe hands.

Programs & Class Schedule
The school runs just once a week. Every Tuesday from 7 pm. Over 18’s only please. All abilities welcomed. No joining fee, monthly fee or contract. The classes cost £2, the first one is free. Very friendly, with an emphasis on fitness. Mainly Kickboxing based, although some use of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, and Muay Thai is evident.
