I was a bit nervous about starting a martial art in my 50's, especially trying a weapons school, however the beginner bo class was relatively easy to follow and a great deal of fun. I have an awful lot to learn however did not feel out of place and was made to feel welcome by everyone. Highly recommended
Amazing Sensei. Knowledgeable and welcoming. Class well structured and fundamentals are taught clearly and regularly.
