Jack's training method may seem alien and unconventional to start with but if you are willing take a chance, you will soon see and feel the improvements in yourself.
You will learn to flow like water and strike with power. You will learn to be in full control of your mind and body. You will learn to punch, kick, elbow, locks, submission holds and grappling.
Best of all it’s all for free so there is nothing to lose if you try it.

I decided to give it a go when Wuji was in London. Jack's amazing knowledge of martial arts covered boxing, mma, jujutsu and various aspects of oriental fighting styles. There are many unique moves to learn and many psychological traits, both yours and your opponent's, some of which you may (I certainly wasn't) not be aware of. Jack opened my eyes to strategy of fighting and technical complexities of each move.
Very highly recommended. You will be doing yourself massive favour regardless of your level of expertise by joining Jack.
And the laughs. .. Odin's sake we laughed a lot. .. Good times!
