Beginners are very welcome at our friendly club, the class is approximately 2 hours (7pm - 9pm) on Tuesday nights. You can come and watch initially if you prefer. If you decide to give it a go you will find the training challenging, exciting and enjoyable and make a lot of new friends.
Chinese Boxing (kickboxing) is a discipline of what is commonly known in the Western world as Kung Fu; the ancient Chinese art of self-defence. The aim of Wu Shu Kwan is to progressively train the body and mind to achieve effective skills to defend yourself and others successfully at all times. Chinese Boxing is the art of total self-defence.
