Wu Shu Kwan is a Chinese kickboxing art, originating from the Northern Shaolin Temple with an authentic Chinese Grandmaster CK Chang, 8th Degree Black Belt. Come along, first class free, no experience needed, come and get fit and learn some self defence, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the full 2 hours..visit the main website for more information.

Wednesdays 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm. Come and have a go for free. NO CONTRACTS. Under 12s must be accompanied. Both male and female, highly qualified resident instructors.
