Established in 2012 by Shifu James Waters, Wu Ying Quan is a traditional Kung Fu school with its roots in Shaolin, Tai Chi, Mantis & Plum Blossom styles.
Offering Kids & Adults classes, in addition to Qi Gong Meditation, Wu Ying Quan is based upon speed & precision and a fine balance between soft & hard power.
