**Our Dragon classes are taekwon-do lead with lots of fun!! These classes will instill your child with the confidence needed for starting school**
XS Taekwon-do has many clubs which are open to all age groups and fitness levels. Unlike other martial arts XS Taekwon-do has a specially developed syllabus in place to tailor the training to your age and ability:
Dragons - 3 & 4 years old
Rainbows – 5 to 7 year olds
Juniors – 8 to 16 year olds
Adults – 17 years and above
All XS clubs have professional full time instructors and at each class you will find not just one instructor but a team of instructors dedicated to ensuring each student receives individual instruction.

Training times are every Tuesday:
Family class (All ages from 3 yrs old to adult ) : 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Also classes at Town Hall, Cumbernauld on:
THURSDAYS
Dragons & Rainbows (3 to 7 yrs) : 4.45 pm to 5.45 pm
Juniors (8 to 12 yrs) : 5.45 pm to 6.45 pm
Juniors (blue stripes & above) : 6.45 pm to 7.45 pm
Adults (13 yrs and above) : 7.45 pm to 9.15 pm
Also classes at Broadwood Leisure Centre on:
SUNDAYS
Dragons (3 & 4 yrs) : 11 am to 12 pm
Rainbows (5 to 7 yrs) : 12 pm to 1 pm
Juniors (8 to 12 yrs) : 1 pm to 2 pm
Juniors (blue stripes & above) : 2 pm to 3 pm
Adults (13 yrs and above) : 3 pm to 4 pm
MONDAYS
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4 pm to 5 pm
WEDNESDAYS
Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4 pm to 5 pm
