A 6th dan instructor teaches ju jitsu and self defence in a friendly way, to children and adults. Realism is important, if you are attacked its not always from the front whilst standing, it could be multiple attackers or they could have weapons.
This school teaches simple techniques you can use after the first lesson.
you do not have to be fit or strong to do jujitsu so ideal for males and females of all ages.
