Yamashiro Kai Shotokan Karate Cornwall

Yamashiro Kai Shotokan Karate School is situated just outside Penzance Cornwall and teaches Karate the way it was originally intended by the Masters of the past, as a self defence system. The club focuses on the applications contained in Kata and the understanding of the principals to equip the student with the know how for self protection. Although a more modern style of Karate, Shotokan forms the basis of the clubs techniques and basics, which are then used in combination with the Kata movements and instruction to understand and implement real world self defence.
