Zanshin Do Ryu

We are an independent organisation (formerly the Rochdale branch of Kolesnikov’s School of Mind & Body Development with Aikido, K.S.M.B.D.A), based in the Rochdale area of Greater Manchester.

The organisation specialises in the teaching and study of a variety of distinct yet complementary disciplines – Aikido – ‘Mind-Body’ Co-ordination (Shin-Shin Toitsu Do) – Infinite Tai Chi™ – Infinite Chi Kung™ and Meditation.

We welcome novice and advanced students alike who are interested in practising in a friendly, safe and relaxed environment at our established ‘dojo’ based at Moss Mill, Woodbine St East, Rochdale.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Zanshin Do Ryu:

Programs & Class Schedule

Mon: 6-7 pm -Aikido (Juniors 10 years+)
7-7.45 pm -Aikido - Beginner's Class.
Wed: 7-9 pm -Aikido.
Thu: 7-8.30 pm -Tai Chi with Chi Kung.
Sat*: 10.30-12.30 pm -Aikido.

*Last Saturday of the month Aikido Advanced & Weapons study 12.30-1.30 pm.
