I consider myself very lucky that these arts found me, I went along to a class with a friend which was held by Sifu Tim Franklin, I had been looking to take up a martial art for many years and had attended other Martial Arts, I found that they were lacking in a systematic approach to learning and training in a way that I could develop skills is a safe manner. Little did I know that now ten years on I find myself still training under this great Sifu learning and building skills in this amazing Art.

I have gained so much more than just learning how to use Kung Fu to fight with and be safe which my main aim was, I have learnt Genuine Shaolin Kung Fu with a direct lineage back to the Shaolin Temple of legend, but also the other closely guarded Arts of Chi Kung and spiritual cultivation.

These Great Arts are taught in a way that they can be applied to daily life (As many of us chose not to spend our days fighting) they have improved my work and home life and given me a great foundation. I have travelled the world and met many new friends because of the skills learnt at class with Sifu Tim.
