Myself and my three children all attend Zenku Kai classes and we love the lessons, great quality of teaching and the family atmosphere. I would recommend lessons to anyone as we have members of all ages and abilities, everyone is made welcome. My children have really progressed to compete and have won at a few prestigious tournaments. They love keeping fit and learning new skills.
