Zenshin Do is a full contact Karate Class, we our aim is to teach
usable and realistic techniques which enables you to defend your self in different situations. Great for fitness and self confidence, we study all parts of the art:
Basic Strikes / Kicks and Blocks
Self- Defence
Throwing & Take Downs
Basic Weapon Training
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Zenshin Do Karate and Self Defence Class:
we welcome students male & Female from 5 years and upwards to train in a friendly safe environment.
Class is on Wednesday from 6pm - 7pm

License Fee Includes Insurance: £25.00 (This is valid for 1 year)
