A really fun non-strict environment to learn this art

This is a great club and I myself am a blue and white belt and I find it good with a helpful sensei who will train us and make us work hard. Although we are pushed hard, this is a laid back, fun club. The method of teaching is great and the demonstration of moves is well done. I picked up the full kata woth 24 moves in 3 lessons which is very quick as it is a hard part of the art. It is far harder to do this kata compared to the 1st blocking kata you would do on the red belt. Overall this is a really good club and I highly recommend it to young children or teens even parents, as a good way to keep fit and learn the art of self defence whilst also picking up a bit of Japanese along the way.
