The Brotherhood kickboxing academy teaches a kickboxing syllabus, with some tae kwon do influences.
Adults and children mixed classes, childrens self defence, improve confidence, self esteem, self control, self discipline, improve physical fitness, competition sparring semi-contact points, and light continuous.
Our aim is to give our students 100% in their training and bring out their positive qualities.
Instructors are C.R.B. certified, first aid qualified.
