My two granddaughters have not long started classes and thoroughly enjoy it and looking forward to the 7th Jan when lessons start for the new year. Also the discipline and respect students are encouraged to adopt is most important and not just the martial arts they are tought.
My daughter has been attending classes for over 6 years and really enjoys it. Great for building confidence and keeping fit.
