GKB teach how to 'think' karate, not just how to hit things

I was terrible at PE at school. I was uncoordinated and unfit, but GKB Martial Arts have taught me that it is not how fast you learn, or how 'good' you are compared to others, it is the fact that you are learning that's important. I'm now working towards my brown belt.
GKB's 'can do' approach to karate have helped me achieve things I'd never dream of. It has given me confidence in myself and improved fitness.
I've enjoyed it so much that I've also started learning Tai Chi with GKB, as well.
