Programs & Class Schedule
No direct debits pay as you train, We only charge £5 for all week.
no membership, Insurance is £20 a year payable after six week's.
We train M.M.A. Monday 18.30 to 20.30
Kickboxing and Ju-Jitsu free style Tuesday 18.30 to 20.30
practical application and weapons katas ( Kabodo ) Thursday 18.30 to 20.30
Kickboxing and Ju-Jitsu Saturday 11.30 to 13.30
We teach from 5 years old up wards, We train for light contact,Semi contact,K1 and Thai full contact. M.M.A.Kata, Self Defense and fitness.
Its up to you what you want to train.
