Jeon-sa Taekwondo is a South Manchester based martial arts academy specialising in WTF Taekwondo (Olympic Sport Taekwondo, Traditional Taekwondo and Self Defence).
Learn the explosive Korean martial art and Olympic sport. Train in a friendly, professional environment, under internationally recognised Black Belt instruction. Get fit, lose weight, increase muscle-tone and flexibility, all whilst learning valuable self defence skills and improving confidence. Taekwondo also instils discipline, focus & respect in children and is a great way to meet new people and make new friends!
Classes @ Parrs Wood High School (Tuesdays)
Juniors: 7.00 - 7.45pm (ages 6 upwards)
Adults: 8.00 - 9.00pm (13 upwards)
