I have trained with Mark Peters for many years, and enjoyed learning the finer points of the art of Tai Chi. This includes the many health benefits, improving balance, benefits for the older student and gentle fitness. In addition, learning the martial arts side puts Tai Chi into a totally different perspective, enabling the practitioner to really learn relaxation in the face of adversity
