At Kairos we like to think of self protection as more than just a physical reaction to potential violence. In fact, violence is the last resort; your escape and safety should be your primary concern. When you train with us you will be learning more than just how to defend yourself against an aggressive attacker. You will be developing yourself both physically and mentally at every stage.

Have fun in a safe and relaxed atmosphere – it is vital to us that you have fun. The more fun you have, the easier it is to learn, and the more inspired you’ll feel to continue your journey.
Gain confidence – When you feel able to handle yourself physically you feel more confident. Training self defence with us you are not just training your body, you are training your mind.
You will be learning to deal with things such as fear and adrenaline.
