The Yuu Ryoku Kai (run by Sensei Phil Rutland; 4th Dan) has been set up to provide a friendly, safe, environment where adults can learn the martial art of Shotokan Karate. We are a member of the World-Wide Association Shotokan Karate Do United Nations (SKDUN).
