My club teaches traditional Shotokan Karate from age 8 up. I am a 5th Dan and my teacher/sensei Shihan Adamou was a student of Soke Kanasawa for 27 years so I aim to teach in a similar manner passing down the true spirit of Shotokan Karate. My club is affiliated to the IASK - http://www.karate-iask.com/ and gradings will be confirmed by Shihan Adamou
