Top place for martial arts. Master Horst is an ace. Training of Anti Terror Combat gives me the confidence with my self defence needs. Realistic and tough, I love it!

I am sure that not many people know that a group of Suffragettes trained in Jiu Jitsu to defend themselves and their supports against police violence. Well if it was good enough for them, it is good enough for me. As a woman, I'm really impressed with this martial art and how it can be used today as a self defense technique. Ichinen is a really friendly and supportive club and a safe place to learn this venerable art.

Very good teachers . U can train three times a week for just 30 pounds amonth.

At Ichinen Bridport you find not only the agressive site of the Arts, but too meditation and spirit.

At Ichinen Bridport training is traditional. Means we take it serious. We don't rate it as a hobby or fun entertainment. When we train, we perform friendship and trust, and we prepare ourselve.
