We are a friendly and welcoming group who like to train martial arts for skill, self defence, fitness, enjoyment and personal growth. Although we started off as a wing chun club back in the mid 90s we have expanded our classes with different coaches and since re-establishing fulltime premises back in 2011 we have included BJJ and most recently a Tang Soo Do class.
