Keeping it in the Community, training in the heart of North Earlham, Choi Kwang Do is one of the most modern martial arts designed to be practical Self Defence for today's society, We use explosive power in our strikes and kicks gained from good technique Which is not only easy to learn but also accessible to everyone. Choi Kwang Do is not just about Self Defense, its a way of life, helping you feel better, improving strength, skills and stamina. The bi-lateral movements within choi also stimulates the mind rebuilding neural pathways to help focus and concentrate.

This Class is for Primary School Children But we make allowances for high school children and parents may train with there children.

This class is open to all students young and old.
