Great training for anyone

I started going a long while back now and it's been a God send ever since, good fitness aspect and amazing realism in the training. Everything from slow mo drills and hitting pads to full on scenarios in some of the best protective armour possible.
I'm off to uni next year and will really miss the training and everyone there, will definitely be training on my holidays. Can only but suggest this to anyone and everyone, it's great fun and massively useful from any aspect.
