We are a friendly club offering junior and adult classes in the exciting martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) located in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, UK.

BJJ is a martial art that focuses on ground-based techniques. We welcome absolute beginners regardless of size or ability. Don’t be nervous, your first class is completely free.

Classes are taught by black belt coaches Seymour Yang and Sandeep Bermi who together have over 40 years experience training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The club is registered with the UKBJJA – the largest national body for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the UK and an official sport under Sport UK.
