At Southall Mixed Martial Arts we teach children the oldest and most traditional form of karate while incorporating kickboxing and grappling. We also teach modern practical self defense techniques with interactive and play-based learning for children of younger ages. We aim to develop focus, fitness, discipline and confidence whilst building a social and engaging environment where children can make new friends and most of all, have lots of fun. The classes encourage participation and interaction, helping children gain greater communication skills, co-ordination and teamwork.
