Classes for 3-65 years all levels are welcome. We train out of a full time fully matted studio, kitted out with all the best equipment. Mr McLaren has over 20 years experience teaching & competing with great team of instructors.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Helensburgh Taekwondo:
Monday 4pm little tigers Taekwondo 3-5 years. 5 pm Taekwondo 6-10 years. 6 pm Taekwondo senior.
7 pm kickboxing.
Tuesday 6:45 pm boxing
Wednesday 4 pm junior Taekwondo 6-8 years, 5 pm Taekwondo 9-12 years, 6 pm Taekwondo 13+, 7 pm Krav Maga.
Thursday 7 pm boxing, 8 pm senior Taekwondo.
Friday 10 am boxing, 6 pm kids kickboxing 8-12 years, 7 pm kickboxing 13 +
Saturday 9:45 little tigers Taekwondo, 12 pm boxing, 1:30 pm Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
