Traditional Chines Boxing and Daoist Arts
Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Xingyiquan (Hsing I) both taught for health and self defence. Dao Yin (Daoist Yoga) for health and an essential body training for martial arts.
It's your choice which path to follow. Classes for people aged 17 and over. Beginners always welcome.
