The School of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts & Philosophy (TSTCMAP) is all about Wushu/Kung-Fu, its health aspects, its philosophy and what you can gain from it for your daily life.
TSTCMAP offers you lessons in Wushu/Kung-Fu. Workout your body, shape up and become fitter, gain more stamina and endurance, become more flexible and stronger and learn to defend yourself. This is a holistic martial art where you also learn about your self, your health - physical and mental.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The School of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts & Philosophy:
In this school there will be no belt system or grading. There will not be any competition training or competitions for medals. This school of martial arts wants simply to focus on you and your progress; your personal development.
