Great class & teacher

It's not often that you come across a female instructor of this quality. Even if your a big guy then you will still be really suprised by her techniques and speed.
She has an excellent teaching style, includes all students in all aspects of the class and really seems to care about her students in the class.
The class is not to big and so you can often get 1 to 1 assistance. Both sexes and all ages. I really enjoyed the self defence techniques shown to me on my first lesson.
Definetly going back.....
