The first UK ABC Combat System, teaching the system created by Mind, Body and Kickass Moves presenter, Chris Crudelli. Incorporating empty hand combat, knife defence, stick fighting and a Chinese Broadsword (Dao) form.
Seb King is the UK Head Instructor of the ABC Combat System and is personally taught by Chris Crudelli. Seb is the first person to pass the black sash in ABC Combat and also holds the rank of 5th Dan in Shotokan Karate and 3rd Dan in Jujitsu.
