Even though I have had no experience with a. b. c combat I have with the instructor through other martial arts. Sensai Seb king is an excellent instructor and knows his art very well. He care about his students and puts safety first. If you are lucky enough to train with sensai Sen king, listen to what he says, trust me you'll learn a lot.
