We train twice a week on a Monday and Thursday and learn a lot of traditional but effective methods of practical self defence.

I have been training here for just over a year after trying other dojos and I can honestly say this is the best dojo I have had the pleasure of training in. The instructors have a wealth of knowledge and the skills to pass it on to all students whether young or old in a planned, constructive and dedicated way. I can not reccomend the dojo highly enough for anyone wanting to learn Aikido.

Very welcoming dojo with friendly and experienced teachers. As a total beginner I felt nervous at first but the atmosphere is great and you learn at your own pace, with everyone encouraging each other. Great place to learn Aikido.

Traditional Aikido taught in a welcoming and friendly environment. The dojo caters for a wide range of abilities and encourages students to develop at their own pace. Aikido is taught through a combination of open hand and weapon techniques and is differentiated to allow access for all levels. As part of a larger association there is also chance to practice with many other students from around the country accessing courses and teaching with other high ranking Sensei. I have trained in various martial arts over the years ranging from Kenpo karate, wing chun and kick boxing.

I decided to give Aikido a go back in January and never looked back since. The instructors are the best of

the best and give plenty of 121 personal tuition. Great place to train and everyone makes you feel welcome.

Can't recommend this place enough. The aikido is traditional but with a modern twist making it adaptable

to modern day society.
