Welcome to Kaizen Karate Club
Ashington Karate club dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate.
Established in 2012 and is dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate.
Sensei Keith Burns, 5th Dan Black belt has over 30yrs experience teaching beginners of all ages. He has competed and won many Kata and Kumite competitions in his career. As a member of the Northern Region Squad, he also competed in European Championships and many Inter-regional championships.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Ashington Karate Club:

Thursdays 7:30-9:00pm (12yrs+)
Sundays 10:30-12:00pm (Mixed Class 7yrs +)
