I've been attending these classes for 6 years now, it has boosted my confidence and fitness a lot! It has changed me for the better! Highly recommend these classes as everyone is friendly and supportive in achieving your goals! :-) :-)

My kids have been doing jujitsu nearly 7 years . Its starts with one club then you want to do more they never miss a lesson. Absolutely love it. Apart from learning the art itself it's also give them so much confidence and lots of new friends ☺

My children started at the club when we moved to the area. They are 9 and 12 years old and thoroughly enjoy training. Sensei Billy and Gary are great with kids, and make even the most nervous 5 year old new starter feel confident enough to take part.
Since I was sitting and watching the junior training each Saturday I decided to join the senior sessions which go on straight after. As a fairly unfit 44 year old with no prior martial arts experience the whole club is very welcoming and if I can join in, and enjoy it, anyone can. It is a really friendly atmosphere with supportive teaching.

Myself, son and daughter all trained at B & G Ju Jitsu for over 5 years each. Great teaching, great atmosphere, full of encouragement and confidence building. Great club spirt, both on and off the mat.
Highly recommended.
My six year old son loves his lessons, the format and training is so professional & a very welcoming experience. I would highly recommend B&G Jujitsu. They really are fantastic, thank you.
