All exponents of any martial arts are more than welcome to join to expand and enhance your martial art knowledge.
Chief instructors Sensei Gary Bennett , 4th dan and Sensei Bill Clews, 5th dan have more than 70 years total experience in martial arts.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at B & G Ju Jitsu:
Class runs from 10 am Saturday morning for Juniors then from 11 am until 12.30 am for Seniors.
Fitness, Self-defense, Ju Jitsu techniques from beginner through to high dan grade and traditional weapons techniques (including sword, rice flail , short and long staff).
Children always welcome, from 5 years upwards both girls and boys.
Seniors (include teenagers), women more than welcome, no pressure teaching, with a friendly confidence building atmosphere.
