We offer training in all areas of Martial arts, including Krate, Aikido-Te, Modern Combat, Oriental weapons and basic self defence. We train in very small groups, so individual progression is the main focus.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The Budo Foundation:
We train at GL1 on a Wednesday evening at 7pm
We also have other training venues in Cheltenham and Stroud throughout the week.
