All the instructors withinn the school have always shown dedication and commitment to seeing students progress and grow in confidence. The sessions are always very welcoming and friendly, regardless if you are a new member or advanced student. The training focuses on your individual abilities and helps you develop in the areas you need to, regardless of age or fitness. It is particularly reassuring to see such a range of ages and all doing so well within the school.
