Capoeira is the Brazilian 'dance' fight martial art. You may remember it from the Nokia adverts with the masters playing on the sand or the BBC adverts.
Mestre Valdir has been teaching Capoeira for twenty one years, the last seven of which in Manchester. He has been invited to teach Capoeira around England as well as around Europe both because he is such a good teacher and also because of his open and friendly style.
