Ward’s Karate-Do (WKD) runs local Karate classes and courses in the Kings Lynn & Downham Market area of West Norfolk and has done so for nearly 10 years.

WKD is run by chief instructor Sensei Simon Ward, 4th Dan who has over 20 years martial arts experience.

Children learn a basic Shotokan style of Karate and teens & adults follow a Ward-Ryu system which encompasses a lot more self-defence modern applications.

Karate is a great martial art for beginners through to practitioners of others systems. It combines a mix of physical training, mental discipline and practical self-defence skills.

6.30-7.30 pm (ages 6-17)
