Enlightened Dragon teach San Shou Chinese Kickboxing in Killingworth and Ponteland .
We train both adults and children along sideone another so families can train together.
San Shou is not only a fantastic style but will also offer confidence building,fitness and self defence skills as you learn and train towards a black belt.
Sifu Allyn as Sifu Lynsey are the Co founders and chief Instructors of this style and both 3rd Dan instructors have over 27years experience in martial arts each and hold 3 different black belts in 5 different martial art styles.

Starting age 5years upwards all classes mixed adult and children
Tuesday nights The whiteswan centre killingworth 6 m until 7 pm
Tuesday nights Ponteland Lesiure centre 6 pm until 7 pm
Thursday nights The Lakeside Centre Killingworth 6 pm until 7 pm
Saturday morning Oriental weapons class - The Lakeside Centre Killing worth 11 am until 12pm
Sunday mornings The Lakeside Centre Killingworth 11 am until 12 pm
Sunday Tai Chi - The Lakeside Centre Killingworth 9.30 am until 10.30 am
