The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Fair Lady & Sleeping Tiger Tai Chi:
Class starts 10 am - 11 am on Fridays. All age groups welcome.
No contract required.
Class begins with gentle warm ups and Qi Gong exercise, before moving onto general practice of basic postures and finally onto the classic forms.
Finally with general cool down and a short mediation
