I've been fed up of gyms and treadmills so was looking for an alternative way of exercise that would actually teach me a skill so I have been keeping an eye out for something that would take my interest. I spotted an add on FB for a free trial class and decided to dive in. Today I went to free trial in MMA at Hinckley Leisure Centre . As a 40 something woman with only average fitness levels I was unsure if this was for me. It was a small group which was great for the first lesson and Master Gannon was great he explained everything clearly. Well the class didn't disappoint and I have signed up to join them on a regular basis.

Our Son has learned so much in such a short space of time, his concentration has improved so much and even at home, listening skills are improving so much, such a friendly environment and such a warm welcome from Master Gannon and his team, not many instructors shake your hand and the children's hand when u attend these classes but when we first arrived at MMA in hinckley Mastor Gannon came straight over welcomed you in, shoke hands with us and our children and explained about his approach to all of his work, Highly impressed.
Our son loves it!

My son wasn't sure when I suggested it, in fact he did't want to go. He loved it from the 1st lesson. After the 2nd lesson he said "thanks for making me go mum" he loves the discipline involved & feels he is already more able to defend himself should he need to.

The classes at Gannon's MMA are fun every time you attend there is always something new to learn, plus the self defense is very easy to learn. Plus the work out is immense you always leave feeling you have had a great session.
Since getting started I have also made so many new great friends.

The classes are perfect for adults and teens wanting to learn this amazing martial arts in a safe fun and professionally taught class. You will also get a great workout, so getting into shape won't take long at all/
No matter what you want to achieve, be it losing weight, getting fit, or learning how to defend yourself, then you will not find a better place. The instructors are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the description of the techniques is clear and concise.
