We are a friendly martial arts club practicing the Goju-ryu style karate from Okinawa Japan.
Goju-ryu is ideal for self defense, keeping fit for all ages and will help improve your confidence and your general well-being. The first lesson is free so come along and try for yourself.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Goju-ryu Karate Milton Keynes:
Classes are held Thursdays
Kids 18:00 to 18:55
Adults 19:00 to 20:30 (free training until 21:00)
