In the new year there will be class changes.....Tues and Thurs ..Bonar Bridge hall.....6-9pm. kids and teens 6-7pm. fitness open to all 7-8pm. extreme fitness/sparring 8-9pm. Dornoch squash courts....weds....6.45-9pm. come along and try it out!!!!. First class is free!!!!
