We are a Full-Time Chinese Martial Art School based in East London. Sifu Jim Uglow has been teaching many many years.
Anyone is welcome to come along.
Great for discipline and health of all ages. Styles taught are:
-Hung Gar Kung Fu
-Yang Family Tai Chi.

Thursday 7:15 pm (children up to 15 yrs old)
Saturdays 11 am
YANG FAMILY TAI CHI...
Mondays 7 pm
Fridays 7 pm.
